Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MooseMountainMaple.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Almost all orders are processed within 0-5 business days. If we are running low on a product, like pints, it may take a bit longer to can them up. Orders are shipped 6 days a week, but not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (how great would that be?), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please contact USPS directly regarding lost or delayed packages. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Moosemountainmaple.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active when USPS updates it.. which can be anywhere from immediate or after you receive your item… 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Moosemountainmaple.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Moosemountainmaple.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Lost Packages

Please contact USPS directly regarding lost or missing packages. If a tracking number shows the package has been delivered to the final destination, your package is not eligible for an insurance claim.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to sender by USPS for invalid address or returned because it is denied by the current person living at the address supplied, we will refund the order amount minus the cost of shipping the item.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Returns Policy

Because we sell perishable, edible products, we cannot accept any returns under any circumstances.
