We age our Bourbon and rum maple syrups in freshly emptied barrels straight from a New England Distillery. As the syrup matures, the smooth flavors and oak undertones of the barrel infuse into the syrup, adding a sophisticated twist on a classic. When we travel New England to attend festivals and hand out samples, Bourbon and Rum barrel aged syrups are always a crowd favorite!
